BLACKROCK CANADA ANNOUNCES AUGUST CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR THE ISHARES ETFS

BlackRock Asset Management Canada Ltd. has declared the August, 2023, cash distributions for the iShares exchange-traded funds listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange or Cboe Canada which pay on a monthly basis, as well as iShares S&P/TSX 60 Index ETF. Unitholders of record of a fund on Aug. 28, 2023, will receive a cash distribution payable in respect of that fund on Aug. 31, 2023.

Details regarding the per-unit distribution amounts are provided in an attached table.

The August cash distribution per unit for iShares Premium Money Market is estimated in an attached table.

BlackRock Canada expects to issue a press release on or about Aug. 25, 2023, which will provide the final amount for iShares Premium Money Market.
