iShares Core MSCI All-International to trade on TSX

The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that iShares Core MSCI All-International Equity Index ETF will be listed at 5:01 p.m. on Aug. 7, 2026, for trading at the open on Aug. 10, 2026. According to the TSX, there will be 25,000 Canadian-dollar-denominated units of the exchange-traded fund (ETF) issued and outstanding, with no securities reserved for issuance. The units will trade under the symbol XINT and with Cusip No. 46390B 10 6.

The TSX reports that the ETF is established as a trust under the laws of the Province of Ontario pursuant to the master declaration of trust amended and restated as of July 29, 2026. According to the TSX, the ETF seeks to provide long-term capital growth by replicating, to the extent possible, the performance of the MSCI ACWI ex North America Investable Market Index, net of expenses. Under normal market conditions, the ETF will primarily invest in securities of one or more iShares ETFs and/or international equity securities. It expects to pay cash distributions on a semi-annual basis.

The ETF's manager and trustee is BlackRock Asset Management Canada Ltd., its transfer agent and registrar is State Street Trust Company Canada at its principal office in Toronto, and its fiscal year-end is Dec. 31. As stated in its prospectus dated July 29, 2026, the ETF is issuing 25,000 units at $40 per unit in its initial public offering, with an expected closing date of Aug. 6, 2026. The designated market-maker is RBC Dominion Securities Inc.
