September 27, 2016 - Vancouver, British Columbia: Peekaboo Beans Inc. (formally North Group Finance Limited) ("Peekabo
--->o") announced today that it has sold (the "Sale") 1,349,950 common shares (the "Disposed Shares") in the capital of Ch
--->inook Tyee Industry Limited ("Chinook"). The Disposed Shares were sold pursuant to a debt settlement agreement dated S
--->eptember 26, 2016 between 1022119 B.C. Ltd. ("102BC") and Peekaboo, whereby Peekaboo transferred the Disposed Shares a
--->nd other assets to 102BC in exchange for settling debt in the aggregate amount of $500,000 owed by Peekaboo to 102BC.

Prior to the Sale, Peekaboo had ownership and control over 1,349,950 common shares in the capital of Chinook (the "Chi
--->nook Shares"), representing 39.6% of the outstanding Chinook Shares. Following the Sale, Peekaboo does not have owners

The Disposed Shares were acquired by Peekaboo for investment purposes only and were sold to 102BC to settle certain in
