The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Goldmoney Inc. has rolled back its shares on a one-new-for-five-old basis, effective at the open on June 23, 2023. According to the TSX, the company will continue trading under the symbol XAU. The new Cusip number is 38149A 50 5.

The TSX notes that the company will not issue any fractional common shares as a result of the consolidation. Any fractional interest in the consolidated shares that is less than 0.5 of a consolidated share resulting from the consolidation will be rounded down to the nearest whole consolidated share, and any fractional interest in consolidated shares that is equal to or greater than 0.5 of a share will be rounded up to the nearest whole consolidated share.
