WATER WAYS APPOINTS MR. ASI LEVI AS CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Water Ways Technologies Inc. has appointed Asi Levi as Water Ways' chief financial officer, effective Nov. 26, 2023. Mr. Levi will be replacing Dor Sneh, who will continue to provide consulting services to the company.

Mr. Levi, who holds a BA in business management and accounting from the College of Management, Rishon LeZion, received his certified public accountant designation in Israel. Mr. Levi has over six years of experience working with public United States, Canadian and multijurisdictional public companies. Mr. Levi began his career in public accounting at Deloitte.

Ohad Haber, the company's chairman and chief executive officer, commented: "I would like to welcome Mr. Asi Levi to WWT. His experience and know-how will assist us in growing the company's business.
