WATER WAYS LAUNCHES NEW WEBSITE AND ANNOUNCES SHARES FOR DEBT SETTLEMENT

Water Ways Technologies Inc. has agreed today to issue to an arm's-length service provider up to 102,321 common shares, but no less than 88,837 common shares, in lieu of payments owing to such service provider in the aggregate amount of $28,650. Issuance of the shares remains subject to TSX Venture Exchange (TSX-V) approval.

The shares will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months plus a day from the date of issuance in accordance with applicable securities legislation.
