WANGTON CAPITAL ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
Vancouver, British Columbia (June 10, 2026) Wangton Capital Corp. ("Wangton" or the
"Company") (NEX: WT.H), a capital pool company listed on the NEX board of the TSX Venture
Exchange (the "Exchange"), announces that Kyle Haddow resigned as a Director of the Company
on June 6, 2026. The Board thanks Mr. Haddow for his services and wishes him success in his
future endeavors. Mr. Tag Gill, the interim CEO and CFO is appointed to the Company's Audit
Committee effective June 10, 2026.
