WANGTON CAPITAL ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Kyle Haddow resigned as a director of Wangton Capital Corp. on June 6, 2026. The board thanks Mr. Haddow for his services and wishes him success in his future endeavours. Tag Gill, the interim chief executive officer and chief financial officer is appointed to the company's audit committee effective June 10, 2026.
