WANGTON CAPITAL ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF CEO AND APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM CEO

Vancouver, British Columbia (March 19, 2024) Wangton Capital Corp. ("Wangton" or the "Company") (NEX: WT.H), a capital pool company listed on the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange"), announces that Moe Dilon has resigned as the Company's Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman effective March 14, 2024. Following Mr. Dilon's resignation, Tag Gill, who currently serves as the Company's Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, assumed the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer and President.
