VANCOUVER, BC   January 18, 2017   Wangton Capital Corp. ("Wangton" or the "Company")
(WT.H:NEX) reports that, by mutual agreement, the parties have terminated the Share Exchange
Agreement relating to Wangton's proposed acquisition of Ideas Through Iris SAS. The parties have
determined not to proceed with the transaction as a result of current market conditions.
