The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that WSP Global Inc. will list an additional 3,145,000 common shares at the open on Dec. 22, 2025. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $232.80 per share, pursuant to the terms of the prospectus supplement dated Dec. 17, 2025.
