The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Wheaton Precious Metals Corp. will list additional shares. As stated in the prospectus supplement dated May 9, 2023, to the short form base shelf prospectus dated April 13, 2023, the company is issuing up to $300-million (U.S.) of shares to the public, pursuant to the at-the-market (ATM) distribution procedures as defined by National Instrument 44-102, Shelf Distributions.

According to the TSX, the ATM sales will be made directly on the TSX and New York Stock Exchange, or any other existing trading markets in Canada and the United States, during the period commencing May 9, 2023, and ending upon the termination of the ATM equity offering sales agreement dated May 9, 2023. As a result of the ATM procedures, prices may vary as between purchasers and during the period of distribution.
