Waskahigan Oil & Gas Corp. Announces Change in Directors and Officers
VANCOUVER, B.C., August 12, 2026 -- Waskahigan Oil & Gas Corp. ("Waskahigan" or
the "Company") (CSE: WOGC), is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Brohman as the
new Chief Financial Officer and a director of the Company.
Mr. Brohman is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) who provides CFO and financial
reporting advisory services to companies listed on Canadian and U.S. stock exchanges across a
variety of industries. He founded Oakside Advisory Ltd., which subsequently merged to form DBM
CPA in 2018. Prior to establishing his advisory practice, Mr. Brohman spent several years providing
assurance services to public companies at a public accounting firm. He holds a Bachelor of
Business Administration degree and a CPA, CA designation.
Mr. Brohman replaces Mr. Zimmerman who has resigned a Chief Financial Officer and as a director.
Mr. Leia has also resigned as a director. The Company thanks Mr. Leia and Mr. Zimmerman for their
contributions to the Company and wishes them the best in their future endeavors.
In connection with Mr. Brohman's appointment, the Company has agreed to pay cash fees to Mr.
Brohman pursuant to the terms of a services agreement.
