The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length share purchase agreement for the acquisition of all of the issued shares of Consolidated Copper Corp.

Consideration:  20 million common shares and five million warrants (each exercisable into one share at a price of 10 cents for up to one year)
