WESTMOUNT CLOSES $250,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Westmount Minerals Corp. has closed its non-brokered, private placement financing of $250,000 priced at five cents per unit. Five million share units have been issued, with each unit consisting of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant is exercisable into one common share for a period of 24 months at an exercise price of 7.5 cents for the first year and 10 cents for the second year.

Finders' fees of $11,125 and finders' warrants of 222,500 have been paid. Each finder's warrant is exercisable into one common share for a period of 24 months at an exercise price of 7.5 cents per share. The shares are subject to a four-month hold period which expires in October, 2023.

Proceeds from the financing shall be used for exploration activities on Westmount's Ontario lithium and critical minerals projects as well as working capital and general corporate activities.
