WISR AI SYSTEMS SELECTED AS ONE OF CANADA'S TOP 100 AI STARTUPS FOR ALL IN 2026

Wisr AI Systems Inc. has been selected as one of Canada's Top 100 AI and Technology Startups to be featured at ALL IN 2026.

Taking place Sept. 16 to Sept. 17, 2026, at the Palais des congres de Montreal, ALL IN is Canada's largest event dedicated to artificial intelligence and advanced technologies. The event brings together Canadian and international business leaders, technology companies, investors, researchers, and government representatives to accelerate the adoption and commercialization of AI.

ALL IN is organized by Scale AI, Canada's AI innovation cluster, in collaboration with Mila, one of the world's leading artificial intelligence research institutes. Their involvement brings together two important pillars of Canada's AI ecosystem: the commercialization and adoption of applied AI technologies and globally recognized research leadership.

Wisr AI was selected from more than 330 applicants based on the strength of its innovation and its contribution to advancing Canada's artificial intelligence and technology ecosystem. As one of the selected companies, Wisr AI will be showcased alongside other emerging Canadian technology leaders during the two-day event.

Wisr AI's platform uses autonomous AI agents to continuously ingest and interpret cyber, vendor and supply chain intelligence. Participation in ALL IN 2026 will support the company's broader commercialization strategy by providing opportunities to engage with prospective customers, channel partners, government organizations, and investors from across Canada and international markets. It will also position Wisr AI within a national platform designed to connect Canadian AI research, innovation and technology development with real-world business adoption.

Equity incentive grants

The company also announces that its board of directors has approved the grant of an aggregate of 2,615,000 restricted share units (RSUs) to certain directors and a consultant of the company, pursuant to the company's omnibus equity incentive plan. Each RSU entitles the holder to receive, upon vesting, one common share of the company for no additional consideration. The RSUs will vest as to 100 per cent on Feb. 20, 2027, being six months from the date of grant, subject to the terms of the plan and the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange. The RSU grants remain subject to acceptance by the CSE.
