EARTHWISE ANNOUNCES NEW SERVICE AGREEMENT

Earthwise Minerals Corp. has entered into an agreement with Walk the Street Capital, pursuant to which WTS Capital will provide the company with marketing services for an aggregate of $16,500. WTS Capital will conduct digital analytics for website and social-media channels, and develop and execute advertising strategies tailored to the company's goals. In addition, the company will grant to WTS Capital 400,000 options with a five-year expiry date.

Earthwise has the option to extend the contract for additional terms, as mutually agreed upon between the parties.
