EARTHWISE ANNOUNCES RSU GRANT

Pursuant to the provisions of Earthwise Minerals Corp.'s stock incentive compensation plan, the company has granted restricted rights units as at Aug. 29, 2023, to purchase a total of 850,000 common shares of the company under the company's 10-per-cent rolling stock option plan. Fifty per cent of the RSUs will vest on Dec. 30, 2023, and the remaining 50 per cent will vest Feb. 29, 2024.
