WINDFALL GEOTEK TO LEAD A CONSORTIUM FOR BOREALIS DEFENCE INNOVATION SECURE HUBS (DISH) INITIATIVE

Windfall Geotek Inc. intends to lead a strategic consortium for the Borealis initiative.

This submission falls under the Canadian federal government's recently announced 10-year, $50-billion defence investment plan. Specifically, Windfall Geotek will participate in the call for proposals (CFP) for defence innovation secure hubs (DISH). The consortium will comprise industry leaders in Uncrewed Systems (UxS), Windfall Geotek's proprietary AI systems, and leading researchers from Quebec Universities.

Utilizing its established AI (artificial intelligence) platform, Windfall will lead the task force in a grant application ranging from $5-million to $10-million, as outlined by the Borealis DISH framework.
