WINDFALL'S AI SYSTEM FLAGS MAJOR 3,4 KM GRASSROOT GOLD TARGET, SHOWCASING THE POWER OF DIGITAL EXPLORATION IN CASA BERARDI, QUEBEC

Windfall Geotek Inc.'s proprietary artificial intelligence system has identified a three-kilometre grassroots gold target in the Casa Berardi region of Quebec, based on the analysis of publicly available geological data sets.

Windfall's AI system analyzed over 24,000 historical gold-bearing assays, applying advanced machine learning to detect patterns and geological contexts predictive of gold. More than 5.2 million cells were scored to highlight the most prospective areas, reducing the search area by up to 98 to 99 per cent, and significantly improving exploration efficiency compared with traditional methods.

Windfall clarifies that it does not hold any ownership interest in the properties referenced and that this analysis was conducted solely to demonstrate the capabilities of its AI exploration technology using publicly available data. No partnership or contractual relationship exists with any property owners in the region.

Advisory committee

A total of 13 million stock options have been granted to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the company. The stock options are exercisable at five cents per share for a period of five years from the date of grant.
