Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Feb. 14, 2024, and Feb. 15, 2024, effective at the close of business on Friday, Sept. 13, 2024, the common shares of Windfall Geotek Inc. will be delisted for failure to maintain exchange requirements.

Prior to the delisting, the common shares of the company were subject to a halt from trading.
