WINDFALL GEOTEK ANNOUNCES DELISTING ON TSXV
Windfall Geotek Inc. has received notice from the TSX Venture Exchange for the delisting of its common shares. Since Feb. 14, 2024, the company's common shares have been halted on the TSX-V.
Further to TSX Venture Exchange bulletins dated Feb. 14, 2024, and Feb. 15, 2024, effective at the close of business on
Friday, Sept. 13, 2024, the common shares of the company will be delisted for failure to maintain exchange requirements.
David Beck, chairman and chief executive officer, stated: "Windfall Geotek would like to thank the TSX-V for a roughly eight-year constructive relationship. As stated in our Aug. 15, 2024, press release, the company's common shares are now listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) under the ticker symbol
WIN. This transition marks another positive step for the company."
