WHITE METAL RESOURCES CORP. ANNOUNCES THAT DR. ELLIOT STRASHIN HAS ACQUIRED MORE THAN 12% OF THE OUTSTANDING COMMON SHARES

On June 20, 2022, Dr. Elliot Strashin purchased, through the TSX Venture Exchange, a total of 253,000 common shares of White Metal Resources Corp., triggering a regulatory requirement to file an early warning report and issue a news release.

Immediately prior to the purchase of securities described above, Dr. Strashin owned 17,670,957 common shares, representing an approximately 11.997-per-cent interest in the company on an undiluted basis. Immediately following the transaction that triggered the requirement to file this news release, Dr. Strashin and his joint actors own 17,923,957 common shares, representing an approximately 12.17-per-cent interest in the company on an undiluted basis.
