WHITE METAL ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

White Metal Resources Corp. held its annual general and special meeting of shareholders on March 16, 2021. At the meeting, the election of Michael Stares, Elliot Strashin, Alexander Stares, Scott Jobin-Bevans and Jean-Pierre Colin as directors of the company was approved by an overwhelming majority of shareholders who voted. All other matters presented to shareholders for approval were successfully passed at the meeting including the ratification and approval of the company's shareholder rights plan.
