Vancouver, BC, March 23, 2018: Whistler Gold Exploration Inc. ("Whistler")(TSX.V: WGX.H)
announces that, further to its previous news release in which Whistler announced that it had
agreed to settle a total of approximately $920,000 in debt, the exact amount of debt it agreed to
settle is $1,154,879 through the issuance of 23,097,569 shares at a deemed price of $0.05 per
share.

The issuance of shares in settlement of debt and the Company's previously announced financings
are subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance for filing and any required shareholder
approval.
