West Fraser (TSX:WFT) announced, in accordance with Toronto Stock Exchange requirements, the voting results from its Annual General Meeting held Tuesday, April 28, 2015 in Edmonton, Alberta.

A total of 66,434,465 Common shares and Class B Common shares were voted at the meeting, representing 80% of the votes attached to all outstanding shares.
