                        CANCELS PRIVATE PLACEMENT
April 23, 2014. Wolfeye Resource Corp. ("Wolfeye" or the "Company") (TSX-V: WEY)
announces that the Company has cancelled the proposed private placement (the "Offering")
previously announced on March 18, 2014.

The Company is pleased to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a private
placement (the "Offering") of up to 20,000,000 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.05 per Unit
for gross proceeds of $1,000,000 if the Offering is fully subscribed. Each Unit shall be
comprised of one (1) common share and one (1) share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Every
Warrant shall be exerciseable into a common share (a "Warrant Share") at any time up to the
close of business on the fifth (5th) anniversary of the date of issuance of the Warrants at a price of
$0.07 per Warrant Share. The proceeds raised from the Offering will be used for general working
capital. The Offering is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
