WEB3 VENTURES ANNOUNCES STOCK OPTION GRANT

Web3 Ventures Inc. has granted 2.3 million stock options to consultants of the company under its equity incentive plan to purchase an aggregate of 2.3 million subordinate voting shares (SVSs) of the company at a price of 19.5 cents per SVS share for a five-year term expiring Dec. 6, 2028. The options will vest over 12 months, with 25 per cent vesting each quarter, subject to a statutory hold period of four months plus a day from issuance in accordance with applicable securities law.
