WESDOME REPORTS VOTING RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Wesdome Gold Mines Ltd. has released the results of its 2025 annual general meeting of shareholders, held earlier today. A replay of the meeting is available on the company's website.

A total of 96,142,077 common shares were represented at the meeting, representing 63.99 per cent of the total issued and outstanding common shares of the company.

All matters presented for shareholder approval at the meeting were approved, as follows:

• Election of the directors of the company until the next annual meeting of shareholders;
• Appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as the auditor of the company and authorizing the directors to fix its remuneration;
• Approval of an advisory non-binding resolution accepting the approach to executive compensation disclosed in the company's management information circular dated April 16, 2025.

Election of directors

Eight individuals were elected as directors of the company until the next annual meeting of shareholders, as detailed in an attached table.

Appointment of auditor

Based on proxies received and votes cast during the meeting, Ernst & Young LLP, chartered accountants, was appointed as the independent auditor of the company until the next annual meeting of shareholders and the directors are authorized to fix its remuneration, as shown in an attached table.

Advisory vote on executive compensation

Based on proxies received and votes cast by ballot during the meeting, the advisory non-binding resolution accepting the approach to executive compensation disclosed in the company's management information circular dated April 16, 2025, was approved, as shown in an attached table.
