WEDGEMOUNT ANNOUNCES OPTION GRANT

Wedgemount Resources Corp. has approved the grant of incentive stock options to acquire up to 700,000 common shares in the capital of the company. The options are exercisable for a five-year term expiring on Dec. 15, 2028, at a price of eight cents per option. Any common shares issued pursuant to the exercise of the options, will be subject to a four-month hold period expiring on April 16, 2024, unless waived by the Canadian Securities Exchange.
