WEDGEMOUNT RECEIVES MORE THAN $850,000 IN WARRANT EXERCISE PROCEEDS

Since of beginning of calendar 2023, Wedgemount Resources Corp. has received $886,000 in proceeds through the exercise of 8,886,000 warrants. The warrants were scheduled to expire in September, 2023.

Proceeds from the warrant exercises will be used to finance field activities and further acquisitions in the company's core central Texas operating area.
