The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to a property option agreement dated Feb. 24, 2026, between World Copper Ltd. and an arm's-length party. According to the terms of the agreement, the company has been granted an option to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the Brassie Creek project, located in the Kamloops mining division of British Columbia. As consideration for the property, the company will issue up to 900,000 common shares to the optionor, pay $440,000 in cash (inclusive of a $5,000 deposit) and incur $750,000 in exploration expenditures over a 36-month period.

If the option is exercised, the optionor will also retain a 2.0-per-cent net smelter return (NSR) royalty on the property, of which the company may purchase one-half (a 1.0-per-cent royalty) for $1.5-million at any time prior to the commencement of commercial production.

The transaction is arm's length in nature and no finders' fees are payable.
