WESTERN ATLAS RESOURCES - UPDATE ON CLOSING OF C$4 MILLION PRIVATE PLACEMENT AND THE 4:1 SHARE CONSOLIDATION

Western Atlas Resources Inc.'s previously announced non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of $4-million and 1:4 consolidation of the company's common shares are expected to close before the end of December, 2023.
