The Globe and Mail reports in its Friday, June 27, edition that National Bank Financial analyst Don DeMarco has reaffirmed his "outperform" recommendation for Vizsla Silver. The Globe's David Leeder writes in the Eye On Equities column that Mr. DeMarco gave his share target a 25-cent boost to $6. Analysts on average target the shares at $5.43. Mr. DeMarco says Vizsla Silver's "step change" in liquidity through its $136-million bought deal financing "derisks development financing." He says Vizsla is well funded to advance its mine program and ongoing exploration at its 100-per-cent-owned Panuco silver-gold project in Sinaloa, Mexico. Mr. DeMarco says in a note: "Opportunity to bolster liquidity with shares up 33.7 per cent over the last two months (vs. S&P TSX Gold Index up 5.5 per cent, silver price up 10.8 per cent). After updating our model with the financing and our revised metal price forecasts, our NAVPS edged higher by 7 per cent to $5.52 (was $5.16)." The Globe reported on Aug. 30 that Ventum Capital rated Vizsla Silver "buy." It was then worth $2.70. The Globe reported on Jan. 24 that BMO analyst Kevin O'Halloran began coverage on Vizsla Silver with an "outperform" recommendation. It was then worth $2.94.
