VANITY ANNOUNCES BOARD CHANGES

Vanity Capital Inc. has appointed Elena Tanzola and Dr. Bohumil (Boris) Molak, PhD, PGeo, to the board of directors of the company.

Carol Miller is retiring and has resigned as a director of the company. Ms. Miller has been a director of Vanity since August, 2019.

Nicolas Segounis, chief executive officer of Vanity stated: "I would like to thank Ms. Miller for her services as a member of the board of directors of vanity for nearly seven years. We wish her the best in retirement."
