Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Sept. 8, 2025, effective at the close of business on Friday, Dec. 12, 2025, the common shares of Voxtur Analytics Corp. will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange as a result of the company's failure to maintain exchange requirements. Prior to delisting, the shares of the company were subject to suspension from trading.
