VVC - EXTENSION OF SERIES AG WARRANTS

VVC Exploration Corp., doing business as VVC Resources, is extending for one year certain out-of-the-money share purchase warrants expiring on Sept. 30, 2023, subject to the TSX Venture Exchange approval.

The company has therefore applied to the TSX-V to extend 58,723,900 Series AG warrants until Sept. 30, 2024. The warrants, exercisable at 7.5 cents per share, were issued pursuant to a private placement, which closed on Sept. 28, 2020, and was approved by the TSX-V on Oct. 1, 2020.
