VVC - WARRANT EXERCISE PROCEED & DEBT SETTLEMENT

VVC Exploration Corp., doing business as VVC Resources, intends to extend by two additional years certain warrants expiring on June 8, 2023, subject to the TSX Venture Exchange approval.

As such, the company has applied to the TSX-V to extend 11,799,000 Series AF warrants until June 8, 2025. The warrants, exercisable at six cents per share, were issued pursuant to a private placement, which closed on June 8, 2020, and was approved by the TSX-V on June 9, 2020.
