The Company announces the resignation of Mr. Jon James as Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary and from the board of directors. The board of directors thanks Mr. James for his contributions to the Company and wishes him well in their future endeavours.

To fill the resulting vacancy on the board, the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Marc Momeni as a director of the Company. In addition, Mr. Momeni has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Company.

Mr. Momeni is a capital markets and fintech professional with more than 10 years of experience in financial services and banking. He has built and managed teams and large-scale programs, scaled multiple fintech ventures, and served as a consultant and officer to numerous public and private companies in capital markets, fintech and adjacent technology sectors. He has been responsible for raising millions of dollars and maintains global relationships with capital markets executives, institutional investors and fintech operators.
