VALDOR TECHNOLOGY INTERNATIONAL ANNOUNCES BOARD AND MANAGEMENT CHANGES

Valdor Technology International Inc. has made a number of changes to its board of directors and management team, effective July 2, 2026.

The company announces the resignation of Amar Purewal as chief financial officer and from the board of directors, and the resignation of Kelly Abbott from the board of directors. The board of directors thanks Mr. Purewal and Mr. Abbott for their contributions to the company and wishes them well in their future endeavours.

To fill the resulting vacancies on the board, the company is pleased to announce the appointment of Tyler Campbell and Arun Lagah as directors of the company. In addition, Mr. Campbell has been appointed as interim chief executive officer of the company, and Jon James, who has served as a director and corporate secretary of the company since January, 2025, has been appointed as chief financial officer.

Mr. Lagah is from Victoria, B.C., where he works in the field of privacy and information management. He holds the certified information privacy professional/Canada designation from the International Association of Privacy Professionals, as well as a bachelor of social science degree from the University of Victoria. His professional background combines privacy expertise with a strong foundation in social sciences, research, regulatory compliance and access to information matters.
