Ms. Fedchuk has also been involved with several start-up companies, in various sectors, based out of Vancouver, British Columbia. Ms. Fedchuk graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2018 and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics. She began her career in the actuarial science field before moving into the legal sector and freelance consulting. As Corporate Secretary for the Company, Ms. Fedchuk will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the management team. Her strong legal background, understanding of corporate governance and commitment to excellence makes her an invaluable asset to the Company. The Company also announces the resignation of Mr. Francis Rowe as Corporate Secretary following the appointment of Ms. Fedchuk.
