VSBLTY ANNOUNCES REVOCATION OF CEASE TRADE ORDER AND PROCESS TO RESUME TRADING
The British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) has
issued an order (citation: 2026 BCSECCOM 327) revoking the failure-to-file cease trade order (FFCTO)
previously issued against Vsblty Groupe Technologies Corp. on May 5, 2026.
The FFCTO was issued in connection with the company's delay in filing certain required continuous
disclosure documents. The company has now completed and filed all required continuous disclosure
documents with the applicable securities regulatory authorities.
The company has applied to the Canadian Securities Exchange to resume trading of its common shares
and expects trading to resume in the near term.
The company appreciates the patience and continued support of its shareholders during the period in
which trading was halted.
"We are pleased to announce that the cease trade order has been revoked and that we expect trading of
our shares to resume shortly," said Jay Hutton, co-founder and chief executive officer of Vsblty. "We thank our
shareholders for their continued patience and support. With our disclosure obligations now current, we
remain focused on executing our strategic initiatives and advancing the significant commercial
opportunities in our pipeline. We look forward to updating shareholders on our progress in the coming
weeks."
The company will continue to provide updates to shareholders as it advances its commercial initiatives
and strategic partnerships.
