Vsblty Groupe Technologies Corp. has formed a strategic partnership with Burkhan World Investments, a global investment platform focused on high-impact opportunities across artificial intelligence, infrastructure and dual-use defence technologies.

Under the agreement, Burkhan World and Vsblty will collaborate on strategic business development, market expansion and financial support initiatives across several priority regions, including the United States, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Pakistan and India.

The partnership will focus on accelerating deployment of artificial-intelligence-driven security and smart infrastructure solutions, including advanced computer vision, data-fusion platforms and edge-AI systems designed for public safety, defence, critical infrastructure and smart-city applications.

Burkhan World Investments operates from hubs in Miami and Abu Dhabi, and focuses on global investment opportunities in sectors such as artificial intelligence, infrastructure and advanced technologies, often working alongside sovereign partners and institutional capital.

Strategic collaboration

Through this partnership, the companies will jointly pursue opportunities including:

• National and municipal smart-city security infrastructure;
• AI-enabled border and perimeter monitoring systems;
• Retail and public-space intelligence networks;
• Data-fusion and edge-AI deployments for sovereign and enterprise clients;
• Strategic capital support for global expansion initiatives.

The partnership is designed to combine Vsblty's computer-vision, data fusion and AI analytics technology with Burkhan World's global capital networks and strategic investment ecosystem.

Vsblty has also announced the appointment of Nikolas Perrault to its board of directors. Mr. Perrault is a corporate finance executive who, over the last 32 years, has built an international network of strategic relationships and has raised directly and indirectly hundreds of millions of dollars for public as well as private companies. He has considerable experience in securities trading, going-public transactions, capital markets, spin-offs, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and other matters related to those fields.

Previously, Mr. Perrault served as an investment executive with some of Canada's largest institutions. This includes National Bank, Merrill-Lynch, CIBC and Scotia Capital.

Mr. Perrault graduated from Concordia University in 1991 with a bachelor of commerce degree and received his chartered financial analyst designation in 1997.
