The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an amendment and reinstatement agreement dated July 13, 2026, to consolidate and amend several promissory notes for a total of $3-million (U.S.) between Petro-Victory Energy Corp. and 579 Max Ltd., a company controlled by T. Lynn Bryant, a director of the company. Pursuant to the agreement, the loans now mature on July 31, 2028, and bears an interest rate of 14 per cent per annum. Additionally, the exchange has accepted for filing the issuance of 7,200,639 bonus warrants of the company, which are exercisable at 61 cents per common share, with an expiration date of July 31, 2028, in connection with the agreement.
