The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation in relation to an unsecured promissory note of $250,000 (U.S.) between Petro-Victory Energy Corp. and 579 Max Ltd., a company controlled by T. Lynn Bryant, a director of the company. The loan matures on Jan. 26, 2027, and bears interest at a rate of 14 per cent per annum. Additionally, the exchange has accepted for filing the issuance of 622,818 bonus warrants of the company, which are exercisable at 55 cents per common share, in connection with the loan.
