Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Feb. 28, 2024, the exchange has consented to the extension of the expiry date and the reduction in exercise price of the of the following warrants.

Original expiry date of warrants:  Feb. 27, 2025, and Feb. 27, 2026

New expiry date of warrants:  March 29, 2026

Original exercise price of warrants:  $4

New exercise price of warrants:  60 cents (new)

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 1,205,350 common shares with 1,205,350 common share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Feb. 28, 2024.
