The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation in relation to an unsecured promissory note of $50,000 (U.S.) between Petro-Victory Energy Corp. and arm's-length parties (collectively, the lender). The loan matures on July 14, 2026, and bears interest at a rate of 14 per cent per annum. Additionally, the exchange has accepted for filing the issuance of 77,411 bonus warrants of the company. Each warrant entitles the lender to purchase one common share in the capital of Petro-Victory Energy with an exercise price of 90 Canadian cents per common share and will expire on July 14, 2026.
