The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation in relation to an unsecured promissory note of $50,000 (U.S.) between Petro-Victory Energy Corp. and Fifteen Talents LP, a partnership controlled by Charles Cotter, a director of the company (the lender). The loan matures on July 14, 2026, and bears interest at a rate of 14 per cent per annum. Additionally, the exchange has accepted for filing the issuance of 48,292 bonus warrants of the company. Each warrant entitles the lender to purchase one common share in the capital of Petro-Victory Energy with an exercise price of $1.49 (Canadian) per common share and will expire on July 14, 2026.
