The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation in relation to an unsecured promissory note of $225,000 (U.S.) between Petro-Victory Energy Corp. and Thomas Cooper. The loan matures on July 1, 2026, and bears interest at a rate of 14 per cent per annum (the initial interest rate). Additionally, the exchange has accepted for filing the issuance of 502,451 bonus warrants of the company, which are exercisable at 61 cents per common share in connection with the loan.
