The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation in relation to an unsecured promissory note of $250,000 (U.S.) between Petro-Victory Energy Corp. and an arm's-length party. The loan matures on March 26, 2026, and bears interest at a rate of 14 per cent per annum. Should any amounts of principal and/or interest remain unpaid after maturity, those amounts shall accrue interest thereafter at a rate of 18 per cent per annum. Additionally, the exchange has accepted for filing the issuance of 285,360 bonus warrants of the company, which are exercisable at $1.25 per common share in connection with the loan.
